Our History
Greville started its activities on selection and professional asset management in 2006 as a result of the successful implementation in the period of 2004-2006 a number of large-scale and effective projects commissioned by the pool and in the interest of international investors on the gathering and sale of high-value assets in the retail and financial sector of countries with transitional model of economy and territories and as a release a significant amount of funds from the participants of the project for further conservation and reinvestment.
With initial funds of the companies of the Group, its partners and customers in the total volume of 100 million United States dollars, the Group during 2006-2013 has been able to build up and increase the amount of funds and assets under its control to the level of around 1 billion United States dollars, providing a guaranteed annual return on investment and management of at least 20-30% per annum.
In 2013, the acceptance of additional funds and assets under management of the Group’s companies was halted because of the need to produce high-quality outputs of the Group’s partner’s projects and assets, as well as due to significant changes in investment strategy and the management.
